    1. Minimum 10 12 years of experience in a pharma manufacturing set-up.

    Role Requisites:

    1. Candidates from Pharma background with exposure Indian & Overseas hiring and Plant handling, is a must.

    2. A minimum 10 12 years of experience in a pharma organization. Team handling of 4 or more members is a must.

    3. Candidate should be thorough with Pharma based hiring not less than 6 years of Pharma based hiring, in an organization with turnover of INR 500 crores or more.

    4. Mandatory Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.

    5. Fluency and hold on Spoken and Written English is a must. Please note, communication in English has to be 9 out of 10 or higher.
