    • Handle Joining formalities of new employees through the Company's on-boarding programmed.
    • Leave and Attendance management of the employees in HR Portal.
    • Employee Confirmations and Contract Renewals
    • Updating statutory compliance records (ESI and PF)
    • Handling petty cash and maintaining trackers
    • Preparation of Adhoc Letters from existing templates
    • Travel and accommodation Coordination

    Required Candidate profile:

    • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in the area of HR.
    • Graduate in Human Resources or relevant degree.
    • Must be adept at problem solving, including being able to identify issues and address grievances in a timely manner.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster cross-functional relationships to stay connected with employees at all levels.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
    • Dependable and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
