    Job Purpose :

    • This role is responsible for planning and ensuring execution excellence in all HR processes including 
    • recruitment, performance management, compensation review, learning & development, talent management, career planning & capability building.
    • Act as a single point of contact to provide various.
    • HR support and transactional services to the business.

    Key Responsibilities: -

    1. Headcount Planning and Recruitment.
    2. Actively participate in annual Headcount planning. 
    3. Manpower cost planning process with an  objective to optimize productivity, span of control.
    4. Participate in position in-take interviews with hiring managers and TA team, facilitate the selection process wherever required.
    5. Partner with TA team to enable hiring managers by training and coaching them on recruitment skills / tools.

    • Bajaj Allianz life Insurance Co Ltd. Incumbent should be able to manage pressure and should be quick adapter to process and policy changes. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Needs to have knowledge of advanced Excel, Macros and PowerPoint.
    • Will be strategically involved with business verticals for Regional, Zonal and National requirements. Need to maintain excellent employee connect to ensure stakeholders management.
    • Life insurance experience will be advantage.
