    Responsibilities :

    • The jobholder is primarily responsible for execution of the overall L&D strategies for designated business units in the Corporate & Support Functions.
    • Implement the Bank’s L&D solutions viz product, process, content development, soft skills & behavioral trainings in the region.
    • Identify training needs for Corporate & Support Functions in the regions and align with the overall learning strategy of the Bank.

    Experience: 6 to 8 years with minimum 4 years in core HR BP role.

    Requirements : 

    • Immediate joiner and local candidate will be preferred (max notice period that can be considered is 15-20 days).
    • Aware and can speck local language will be an added benefit. Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations employee engagement and change management.
    • Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment.
    • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently.
    • Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
