    Job Purpose :This role is responsible for planning and ensuring execution excellence in all HR processes including 
    recruitment, performance management, compensation review, learning & development, talent 
    management, career planning & capability building. Act as a single point of contact to provide various. HR support and transactional services to the business.

    Key Responsibilities: - Headcount Planning and Recruitment. Actively participate in annual Headcount planning. 
    Manpower cost planning process with an  objective to optimize productivity, span of control. Participate in position in-take interviews with hiring managers and TA team, facilitate the selection process wherever required.
    Partner with TA team to enable hiring managers by training and coaching them on recruitment skills / tools.

    Roles & Responsibilities - You’ll Be Improving & Responsible To – Scale 1-2 people practice lines. Example: PM & Rewards (Semi P&L + NPS responsibility). Deliver engagements working along with people excellence leader. Will need to start mentoring junior team members as you start scaling up your practice line. Think product/automation/template to help scale the practice line.There is scope in this stint for up to 5x growth in skills + unparalleled exposure.

    Experience - Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played - 5-7 years of relevant experience. Client Partnership: Someone who has done client facing roles OR understands the startup ecosystem deeply. (Should be able to hold a "peer like" conversation with a founder). Systems thinking: Able to frame problems based on client context and arrive at structural solutions. (Relies on intrinsic, pattern recognition and frameworks). Founder mindset: The person will be responsible for shaping and growing 1-2 people practices. HR expertise: Deep domain knowledge in at-least one area of HR. Impact orientation: Has a strong delivery focus, should have an end to end outcome oriented mindset. Growth mindset: Someone who does not think in conventional sense of promotions, levels, hierarchy, etc.

    Experience -  MBA / Equivalent and 1 to 10 years of professional work experience is required. Demonstrated experience in/with recruiting competencies.Experience with recruiting tools
    Additional Qualifications Prior experience recruiting in agency and/or corporate environments is preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills
