Monthly Review of areas across verticals basis the audit scope ·
Issuing review reports on the processes to the process owners & closing the observation with focus on Gap resolution ·
Discuss & finalize the audit finding with the auditee & partnering with the process owners to improve the process
Preparation of Monthly Audit report for onwards submission to Management & Audit Committee
Track ATR and closure

 Role:  supports L&OD Partner in various Learning & OD administrative/coordination/reporting tasks for 2 large SBUs.

Experience: 6–9 years’ experience as L&OD Coordinator/Administrator/Analyst.

Requirements: Must have worked on an LMS (preferably on SuccessFactors / Percipio) and/or any HRIS (Primary screening criteria)

Responsibilities:

• Creative skills to design various flyers/mailers for internal communication related to various campaigns/initiatives (Primary screening & testing criteria). Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (Primary screening & testing criteria). Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Planning and prioritizing skills to work under pressure
• Very good ability to analyze and evaluate information critically (detail conscious)
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in CS/IT/Systems/HR + PGDM/MBA in HR/OB/Psychology.
