The Global Training Lead is an experienced and skilled trainer role that is responsible for delivering focused training to address new hires and create a training framework to meet training requirements of Anunta. This position requires. Overall, this person will be responsible for the design, implementation, and effectiveness of our global training strategy.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Design and development of training modules in order to meet the dynamic learning needs of analysts and Software professionals
• Program Management for transitional and steady state learning programs
• Heading team of core SMEs expertise in building learning modules
• Making learning an experience in itself by using different learning tool, techniques and methodologies
• LMS administration and working with the stakeholders on consistency in delivery
• Building Simulations, CBTs, E-learning Modules and Interactive Presentations to make the ‘content’ the one stop shop for all the learning needs
• Imparting the Instructional Design methodology in content development
• Collaborating with different functions within the organization in developing training solutions
