    Job description

    As HR Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day management of HR operations, managing complete employment cycle from Entry to Exit including attendance & leave management, managing Human Capital Management Systems for Core HR processes along with MIS.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct onboarding activities including induction of new hires, setting them up for various HR & Compliance related training & programs, and helping them get access to our internal systems.
    • Responsible for ensuring the integrity of employee master data entered in the Human Capital Management System.
    • Administering exit interviews and sharing feedback with your manager.
    • Generation of all HR documents including offer letter, employment agreement, confirmation letter, promotion and hike letters, designation change letters etc.
    • Providing salary input on monthly basis and MIS inputs on weekly basis.
    • Manage sensitive HR data in a highly controlled environment.
    • Develop and organize recurring Employee Engagement Activities.
    • Implement Human Resources programs & policies at an organization level.
    • Query management on the Helpdesk tool within the stipulated TAT.

    Requirements:

    • You have a minimum of 2 years of HR-related experience.
    • You have good knowledge of MS Office skills, especially Excel.
    • You have experience in a start-up is an added advantage.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Proven work experience as a recruiter, minimum 2 years of hard core recruitment is must.
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc.)
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Job portals, online Media, applicant tracking systems and CMS
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
