    Requirements:

    • Develop and implement training programs for Communication, Soft skills, Interpersonal skills, Grammar, Email etiquette and Telephone etiquette.
    • Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays etc.,
    • Conduct online video-based trainings.
    • Develop classroom agenda and timelines as necessary to deliver effective training to participants.
    • Communicate with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
    • Consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training and tailor accordingly.
    • Assisting one to one where needed.
    • Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
    • Should be able to commit 4 hours per day.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Must Have:

    • Bachelors Degree in any discipline..
    • Excellent communication and cognitive abilities.
    • Excellent command over written and spoken English.
    • Proven work experience on Soft skill training.
    • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
    • Able to steer the program towards intended objectives.
    • Should have collaborative skills as this role calls for partnership with other teams.
    • Must be adept in MS Office.
    • 5+ Years of related work experience.
    • Team player attitude.
