    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Ensure timecard status is checked and follow-up emails are sent for pending/missing timesheets.
    • Obtain supervisory approval of time card discrepancies.
    • Accuracy of New Hire details in the payroll system.
    • Update tax information for new hires based on the submitted tax forms.
    • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
    • Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions.
    • Generate reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, disability, and non-taxable wages and uploading the details into software.
    • Validate payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employers social security.
    • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
    • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures.

    • Ability to Work on a Deadline and multitask in a high-volume high-speed environment.
    • Excellent communication skills

    • Candidates with 5+ years of experience in Payroll Operations supporting International Clients. Should be having UK US/Middle East Process exposure specifically in Payroll
    • Will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting learning training onboarding compensation and benefits performance management organization development and culture. Candidate will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations.

    • This role involves having a deep understanding of the Payroll Administration.
