Roles and Responsibilities

Excellent understanding of IT skills.
Experience working with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C and 1099). End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates.
Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tech FETCH), Internet sourcing.
Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors & consultants using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
Negotiate Pay rates/compensation of candidates. Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.
Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards onboarding paperwork.
Helping team in creating and maintaining a potential database.
Placing of US Green Cards & Citizens.
Recruiting through job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals.
