    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of good practices in HR management, particularly with respect to End-End Recruitment and resourcing.
    • Compensation and reward; Learning and talent management; Employee Relations; Organizational planning, and change.
    • Successful track record of initiating People strategies to support business growth and change
    • Demonstrated strategic thinking, understanding of business, and execution excellence.
    • To assist in all activities concerning the performance management, staff discipline, and HR administration.
    • To ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continuously improved.
    • Encourages employees and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary
    • Coordinate employee wellness and safety programs.
    • Assists with and ensures that all procedures concerning promotion, transfer, and staff resignation is carried on within company policy and also within legal boundaries.
    • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing employee activities.
    • Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
    • Assists in the administration of social and staff benefit programs.
    • Managing and effective and efficient HR operations function that delivers proactive and business focused HR services.
    • Accurate management of payrolls across locations and process error free payroll.
    • Ensuring HR compliances of the company with respect to PF, ESIC and other taxes.
    • Good knowledge on HR portal management.
    • Performance Management, Competence framework mapping and job analysis of the employees in the organization.

    Shift timings: 11 am -8 pm / 12pm -9 pm

    Contract Duration : 12 months (extendable basis performance)

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing escalations/inquiries in a timely manner
    • Management of repeatable processes within the agreed upon deadlines, with a focus on accuracy and quality
    • Ensuring data quality and accuracy by running data audits and working with HR partners to correct the data
    • Partnering with shared services vendors to execute on mass uploads and system configurations.
    • Troubleshooting issues related to HR systems
    • Identification of process issues: Ability to identify process issues through day to day transactional work and/or audits and engage appropriate stakeholders to determine resolution
    • Working with team lead to prioritize assigned work

    Qualifications:

    • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 1-2 year of operational experience. Good Operational experience as well as experience working within Financial Services a plus but not required
    • Microsoft Excel proficiency is required
    • Communication/client relationship skills: Ability to build trusting relationships and interact/negotiate with HR partners
    • The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
    • Must be a team player who enjoys high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment
    • Good understanding of HR applications and tools, preferably Performance Management system. HR Reporting and data analysis a plus.
    • Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
    • Microsoft Office skills in Power Point, Projects, etc.
    • Must have a sense of urgency when working on assigned tasks and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
    • Comfortable with learning new systems and technologies
    • Ability to work independently to “figure things out” and be comfortable to propose solution
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills a must
