    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Work with payroll vendors to ensure EMEA payroll information are clearly and accurately
    reflected in the payroll report

    • Responsible for calculating employees compensation and ensure timely payroll transaction
    and payments for a number of offices located in different countries

    • Calculate salary, allowances, and various different payroll items according to country specific
    requirements

    • Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations of different countries

    • Update and ensure the accuracy of the employees data in the HRIS and internal databases

    • Prepare all the paperwork related to payroll, tax, social security contribution matters

    • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions

    • Distribute payment statements, tax returns and collect supporting for payment items
    accordingly

    • Assist in any payroll related projects such as salary survey or administration tasks as needed

    • Resolving payroll issues with different parties if needed

    Responsibilities for Recruiter
    • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

    • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
    • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
    • Perform reference checks as need
