    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Developing and delivering the organizations internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity, supporting us to increase levels of employee engagement.
    • Driving the creation of an employee brand
    • Overseeing our established internal communications channels (e.g. intranet, employee newsletters, email announcements) while reviewing and developing our channel mix, considering the needs of all employee audiences across Nephro Plus.
    • Coordinating monthly and annual recognition awards, aligned to our values
    • Devising and implementing new internal communications best practice guidelines that can be understood and followed across the organization, allowing a consistent approach to local communications delivery.
    • Playing a key role in the development and execution of our employee engagement strategy, working closely with our HR team and other stakeholders.
    • Designing, implementing and analyzing results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives, using outcomes to help drive organizational improvement.
    • Working to develop engaging content that inspires and motivates our staff.
    • Taking a lead on cross departmental and organizational initiatives including talent management, org planning and budgeting.
    • Keeping up to date with good practice and developments in internal communications & engagement, leveraging external networks where appropriate.
    • Experience in creating and implementing a strong communications strategy for firmwide communication.
    • Creating and executing employee-centric content on various internal communication platforms
    • Eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in Corporate Events, Employee engagement Activities is an added advantage
    • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools is an added advantage
    • Develop and implement the entire employee engagement strategy for the firm with a focus on creating a holistic work experience.
    • Focus on employee wellbeing, collaboration, and learning through dedicated programs.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelors Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
    • 3-8 years of prior work experience
    • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office
    • Strong social skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Willingness to continually self-educate.
