    HR Operation:

    • Day to today job is to manage 3P Manpower & 3P Vendors
    • Complete custodian for all 3P manpower onboarding through respective vendors with necessary approvals.
    • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of attendance inputs.
    • Ensuring timely to update TA/ DA and incentive inputs and reimbursement through 3P vendors on monthly basis.
    • Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
    • Coordinate with all stakeholders for MDM portal position code and KYC mapping of the new joinees.
    • Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports.
    • Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
    • Responsible of publishing monthly 3P MIS Dashboard

    Recruitment:

    • Candidate profile sourcing and screening through various job portals.
    • Conducting initial screening  through phone interviews with candidate
    • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
    • Following up on the interview process status
    • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
    • Coordinating with shortlisted candidate for documentation and onboarding process.

    Responsibilities: 

    • This position is responsible for managing & administration of the HR Operation (40%) and Recruitment( 60%).

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 to 3 yrs of experience in payroll management, Recruitment and HR operation.
    • People oriented and results driven
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • Education Qualification: BCom / MBA with good academic record

    • Candidates Should Have Good Knowledge Of The Above Profile.
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting for junior, senior, seasonal and part-time positions.
    • Vast experience in hiring ground level staff will be considered as an added advantage.
    • Good knowledge of HR Polices / Rules & Regulations for different types of hospitality employment.
    • Must be familiar in handling Payroll Management i.e. with or without software.
    • Should be well aware of maintaining the entire resume data base of all the employees(working/nonworking)
    • Excellent people handling skills.
