Job Description:

• Handling end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Responsible for closing the positions with in TAT
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Understand non-technical resource requirements proactively.
• Interview candidates in-person for roles in various levels junior, senior, and executive.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
• Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new recruitment techniques, methods, and procedures.

• Fresher / 3 to 6 months or else 1+ years experience in any sector or else corporate recruitment with
• Good knowledge of portals / Preference is from BFSI Domain.
• End to end recruitment
