    Job Description:

    • Fulfil Joining formalities of new joiners, issue appointment letters & Enroll them for biometric access.
    • Maintain all required documents of employees in the in-house HR software
    • Follow up of pending documents from time to time with employees
    • Initiate confirmation procedures and follow up with Managers for timely completion
    • Provide monthly inputs to payroll team as required
    • Maintain Data for FFS of exiting employees for clearance procedure
    • Administer Induction program
    • Coordinate for recruitment activities

    Candidate Profile:

    • Should possess a MBA degree
    • 3 - 5 years experience in HR operations
    • Basic understanding of labour laws
    • Minimal level of exposure to Job portal and hiring activities
    • Proactive in learning
    • Must be available to join immediately or in less than a Week's notice
