    The Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Power/EPC Projects Division plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position requires a deep understanding of the Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Renewable Energy (Solar and Green Hydrogen), and Railways business, along with their technical requirements, to effectively source and recruit candidates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, identify, and attract candidates with relevant technical skills and expertise in Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Renewable Energy (Solar and Green Hydrogen), and Railways.

    Position Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific technical job requirements and qualifications.

    Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including job postings, social media outreach, and industry-specific platforms, to target qualified candidates.

    Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers or subject matter experts.
