This position requires a deep understanding of the Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Renewable Energy (Solar and Green Hydrogen), and Railways business, along with their technical requirements, to effectively source and recruit candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, identify, and attract candidates with relevant technical skills and expertise in Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Renewable Energy (Solar and Green Hydrogen), and Railways.
Position Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific technical job requirements and qualifications.
