Month 2: Payroll Software Manager Program (6 weeks, e-learning).

Yes. GPS is designed for both beginners and experienced HR/payroll professionals. The curriculum starts with compensation fundamentals and progressively builds to advanced payroll execution, special cases, and country-specific legal compliance.

Graduates can pursue roles such as Global Payroll Specialist, Payroll Manager, Compensation Analyst, HR Operations Manager, Total Rewards Specialist, and Payroll Compliance Officer across industries globally including India, GCC, USA, UK and international markets.

Sessions are delivered as blended learning combining self-paced e-learning with live touchpoints. You can switch between ILT and BLT modes within the first weeks of the program.

You will complete at least 4 practical projects per course, built in your own company context. These include creating a full payroll run, building a compensation framework, handling special case scenarios like terminations and pay corrections, and legal compliance checklists for your chosen countries. These projects get added directly to your resume.
