Terms and Conditions

Thank you for enrolling our programs. We always ensure that our participants have a rewarding experience while they search and purchase our programs, whether it is an instructor-led or self-paced training program.
We urge you to please read the following points pertaining to the Terms and Conditions which are important to ensure that you have an excellent learning experience with us.

1. INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY

While enrolling for any of our programme you provide us with some personal information such as your name, email address, location, phone number, email address, social media links. We may use this Information to contact you from time to time, to inform you about our products, important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
In addition, the projects submitted by you during the tenure of our program or small snippets of the training program including you may be preserved by us and used from time to time for training purpose.
At MEHR we treat data privacy and security with utmost importance, hence please be assured that this data will not be provided to any Third party for any other purpose.

2. COMMUNICATION GROUPS MEMBERSHIP

As a part of our endeavour to provide you with smooth learning experience we will be making you a part of the batch Whatsapp group for ease of communication. Please note that these Whatsapp groups are for official communication and may not be used for any other communication exchange. As we have global participants, hence the timing should be maintained while sharing any information or query in these groups. Our coordinators will be part of the groups and may be reached separately for faster resolution of any queries / issues.

3. CONTACT POINTS AND TIMINGS

Our Training support team is available from Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6 PM (Indian Standard Time) for resolving your queries pertaining to attendance, project completion support or certification. In addition, you will be able to attend the Doubt Clarification sessions, which are voluntary sessions designed to help you with any queries that you may have in understanding of any section of the workshop or in project understanding. The communication regarding these sessions will be published in the WA groups.

4. REEVALUATION OF PROJECTS

In case your project is deemed not acceptable you will get the opportunity to modify and submit your project within next 14 days for re-evaluation at extra cost.
In case you want the project to be re-evaluated after receiving the final grades, you will have to bear the assessment fee of INR 1000 / $25.

5. CERTIFICATION

The certification is subject to successful submission of the projects and subsequent assessment by our assessment team. The Certification will be issued within 10 days of your final assessment being received. After 10 days the courier is dispatched and the tracking number will be shared with you, the time taken for the delivery of the certification would be dependent on the courier company as well as subject to your proper coordination with them.
Please note that as per our Quality and Auditory policy, no scanned copy of the certificate will be issued. The original certificate will be couriered to your registered mailing address which we will gather from you at the start of the programme. In case of any change in address later, please note that it will be your responsibility to provide it to us. Extra charges may be applicable if the courier has already sent to the initial registered address and not received by you.
For all Trends and Technical proficiency programmes, online certifications will be provided to you. The rest of the certifications will be couriered to you.
In case of Mastery programmes, all certificates will be issued to you together on successful completion of all the programmes.

6. LATE PROJECT SUBMISSION

All our training programmes are spread across 4 – 8 weeks, and a project submission is mandatory at the end of each module. Please note that all projects need to be submitted by you –

  • ILT / Instructor Led Zoom Training – within 10 days of attending the module
  • ELT / E-Learning Training – Within 15 days of attending the module.

Note: All Training programme should be completed within 3 months from the start of the programme, or else a late fees of INR 3000/- / $50 may be levied.

7. RE-ISSUE OF CERTIFICATE

The certificates that are issued bear the Unique Access Code for the validation. In case of a lost certificate, a request for reissue the same may be made, however it will attract a reissue fee of INR 3000/- / $75 may be levied. This is inclusive of courier fees.
We preserve data upto 3 years of project completion; hence any old certification retrieval is subject to data availability and cannot be contested.

8. VALUE ADDING CLASSES& COACHING

As a part of your Value Adding services, you are eligible to attend our Career Master Classes, Trends Certifications, Technical Proficiency classes etc either complimentary or at a nominal fee. This service will be available to you for a year of completion of the certification course. We urge you to avail these classes by registering for them at an early stage of your certification.
We understand that while implementing your acquired skills you may face some challenges or queries.MEHR also offers you 1 year of complimentary coaching support. Please quote your student ID for availing this benefit.

9. STUDENT ENROLLMENT ID

The Students Enrollment ID is unique to each participant and we urge you to use the ID number for any communication with MEHR for faster resolution of your queries.

10. REFUND POLICY

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training program from Middle Earth HR, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms & conditions, certification policy and refund policy.
Please note that when you buy any training program, Middle Earth HR has to pay for the accreditation charges to the respective accreditation body, taxes to the government and fee to the payment gateway partner if you pay through online mode.

OUR REFUND POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

Non-refundable: Once you enroll in any training program offered by Middle Earth HR, the fee paid by you is non-refundable but you can always reschedule or choose a different program (subject to price equivalency). You will get a full refund if the program is cancelled by Middle Earth HR AND you want to opt-out of the program.

Reschedule: For any unforeseen circumstances, if you are unable to attend a program on a specific date, please inform us at least one week before the program start date and you can reschedule your enrolment to a future date at no extra cost.
Maximum time to complete your certification will be 1 year from your date of issue of Student ID.

Switch the Program: If you have enrolled for a program and for any reason, you want to cancel and choose a different program then please inform us at least one week before the program start date and choose a different program (Note: You have pay the differential amount if the other program is of higher cost)

Opt-out from Mastery Program: Please note that all the mastery programs either Functional Mastery or Strategic Mastery offered by Middle Earth HR are scholarship based programs (i.e. you are offered huge discounts if you are enrolling in any of our mastery program) so the fee paid by you is non-refundable. If you want to opt-out of the mastery program and want the certificates of the completed certifications then please note that you have to pay the full fee of the respective completed certifications (as mentioned on the Middle Earth HR website) to get the certificates.
Middle Earth HR has full right to change its refund policy. When you enroll in a training program from Middle Earth HR, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms & conditions, certification policy and refund policy.
