What is included in the 3-month CELC program?

Month 1: CELC core coaching curriculum (6 weekly sessions, 6 doubt clarification sessions and 6 weekly projects);

Month 3: AI Tools training via live Zoom sessions (6–8 hours), plus assessments and certification.

What will I be able to do after Month 1?

You will understand the basics of coaching and its phases and approaches, replicate coaching conversations, help a coachee set goals, conduct a motivational interview, build an Individual Development Plan, identify learning styles using the Honey-Mumford tool, analyze habit loops, deliver feedback and handle defensiveness, and reflect through journal documentation.

How are sessions delivered?

Sessions are delivered as blended learning combining self-paced e-learning with live touchpoints. The core program follows a weekly session + doubt clarification + weekly project structure. You can switch between ILT and BLT modes within the first weeks of the program.

What is the career support provided?

You receive career support including counselling to identify market-specific competency gaps, real-life project experience added to your resume, and access to a Job Accelerator Masterclass.
