You will earn 5 certifications: 2 Specialist Certifications (e.g., CGRA, CTAS, CMN, or HR Analytics), 2 Technology Certifications (chosen from Tableau, HRMS, Payroll Software, Talent Management Software, LMS Manager, etc.), and 1 Strategic Certification (Certified Talent Management Analyst). The exact combination is tailored based on your personalized skills audit.
Two formats are available: Blended Learning (6 weekly recorded sessions of 3 hours each, 6 doubt-clarification sessions, 6 weekly practical projects) and ILT — Instructor-Led Training (4 weekly live sessions with master practitioner faculty, 4 doubt-clarification sessions, 4 practical weekly projects).
