Requirements

Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
Any graduate with 4+ years of exclusive experience working as a LD Manager in a reputed organization; an additional certification such as CPLP will be a bonus.

Promote goodwill & Strengthen the Organizational Credibility in the Region / Area. Head monthly labour management meetings & arrange labour contractor in time to time.
